Going out to eat is really stressful for me too. Every time my husband suggests going out spontaneously, I freak out. I need time to plan what I'm going to eat. I need to know at least the day before so that I can properly plan what I will order, how many calories that meal is, and then how many calories I have left to use for the rest of the day. He can eat pretty much whatever he wants, so it's difficult for him to understand why it's such an ordeal for me.Have fun at the concert, I love The Foo Fighters!
