Woke up just a few ounces over so got my workout in and got it spot on & submitted. I already feel so much better and my husband said he can see a difference! Excited to continue this journey!

So excited! I just hit the 10% weight loss mark! Since Sept. 22nd I’ve lost 17.8 pounds 😁 looking forward to that 20 pound mark. Still want to lose another 35-40 pounds and I know that’s a journey, but I’m crazy proud of what I’ve accomplished so far!

That’s a lot of weight you lost. Great job staying with it! Pick up a 15 pound weight and it’s crazy to think you burned that off! I lost 20 pounds a few years ago and I would remind myself of how good it feels on my joints to get that weight off. I’m here because I’ve put some of the weight back on but it’s so important for me to have this group!
