  • As the weather is getting colder I’m changing your breakfast and going back to an old favorite, mug cakes. I’ve been trying so different flavor combinations and so good.
    Today was matcha tangerine and added some oats for FFC.

Hi. I'm Natassia. I'm a mother of 2, business owner and turning 40 at Christmas! I'm up 15 lbs. I'm on the high-end of what I feel comfortable with. I'm hoping this diet bet will be the trick to get me on track. It's such a mental game. I'm so tired of emotional eating at night and then feeling sluggish and disappointed in myself in the morning. I am fairly healthy and active but with the extra weigh I don't have enough strength. Looking for motivation, ideas, and support!
