Good morning everyone! We have arrived at weigh in day! We have officially lost over 4300lbs together this month and i'm so proud of each and every one of you! At the end of the day we are all winners for showing up and still trying no matter what a scale says! I feel we won by taking charge of the last 4 weeks and making healthier decisions despite it being summer! Never give up on yourself and be proud for trying because at the end of the day we can only fail if we give up! Thank you all for being part of this amazing community as it fills my heart with so much joy to see all the love and positivity here daily! Our community really is the best and I cant wait to see what we can continue to achieve this year (6 months left as of today)! That being said a few things:
- You will have until July 2nd at 11:59PM PST to weigh in! Any problems please email support@dietbet.com and they can reset your weigh in or answer any questions. You can also reset your weigh in if you make an error on a desktop computer.
- YOU ARE WORTH MORE THAN A NUMBER. I know weightloss is tough but so are you! Ive lost some games over the years but if i had quit or given up then i wouldn't have lost over 300lbs & also become a winner!! However I made healthier decisions the whole 4 weeks than I would have before- and that's what makes us a winner, not a number on the scale! To me we are all winners just by being here! Be proud of yourself and keep fighting my friends!

77% of goal! 18 days left! I am.so encouraged and never knew how paying myself would motivate me. I've paid $1000's to other programs . I know what I need to do, so implementing all of what I do have been a blessing 8 lbs gone since June 3!! I believe I must have shed a barrier of "toxic" load to be able to have my body respond
