Tracy, I love to buy
Cucumbers and baby carrots to snack on
Zucchini (to freeze for shakes)
Lettuce/spinach for salads
Cherry tomatoes
Bell peppers (mini or different colors)
Avocado
Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and broccoli to oven do roasted veggies.
Red onions (to make into pickled red onions!)
That’s a start!
You can do a spaghetti squash too!
