Hit a plateau this week. 2.6 away from my goal. Drinking tons of water, lots of protein, and avoiding my kids Halloween candy. Trying to push through the next two pounds but it gets discouraging.

Definitely don't backslide! Plateau is better than a gain! Keep it up. The scale will catch up. Add a little extra activity.

Down 3.6 lbs in the first week and it’s amazing how much better I already feel without all of that bloat!! Now hopefully not to plateau over the next week…
