Weight loss after waiting for my husband (primary cook) to make dinner. He didn’t have a plan and wanted to get something out to bring home (pizza or burger/fried chicken place). I looked in the fridge and panicked bc I was out of fresh veggies, tomorrow being our shopping day. I went to the pantry and found a can of Amy’s chunky tomato bisque. Went to the freezer and found frozen zucchini. Rotisserie chicken that I always have in the fridge and made a LARGE bowl of “soup” with it all after roasting the zucchini in the oven. My husband kept commenting on how big the bowl of soup was. I said, I know! Leave me and my big bowl alone! It was so satisfying that I was dinner and done. Just had to share. Don’t give up if it isn’t easy, just keep looking for ways to stay the course💕
