- As we approach the end of this game, I just wanted to share some of the new yummy meals I've tried that I'm going to be keeping in my plan going forward (in case they can also help anyone else).
Stir fried veggies with chicken sausage and avocado (veggies = red and yellow peppers, mushrooms, asparagus, watercress)
Mediterranean tuna salad pitta (filling = tuna, lettuce, olives, tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, yoghurt, dijon mustard, red wine vinegar)
Slow cooked beef, carrot, mushroom one pot, with green beans
Creamy chicken with zoodles and spaghetti (sauce = cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, white wine vinegar)
