How do people deal with extreme soreness?

I finally started working out on Monday (leg day), and today my legs are killing me! It's another leg day today, but it's hard to even walk. I don't know how I'm supposed to lift weights when my legs are hurting so bad. Any tips??

Great work!!! I have not done this program although I LOVE Megan’s Sure Thing. I ordered the bod ropes that go with this program and they should arrive today. Maybe I will need to weave this one in with my current commitment to Andrea Rogers’s XB Sweat and Sculpt.
