First week down… how’s everyone doing?

I’m 3.6lbs down this week. So 8.6lbs since I got back on it (should’ve started a DietBet a week before I did 😂)

I’ve only had one treat night. On Saturday I had a Chinese munchie box and honestly expected to regret it the next day but I didn’t when I stepped on the scales, so that’s a plus!

Three more weeks to go… we’ve all got this!

Day 2. How’s everyone feeling?

I’ve done Aquafit tonight and I’m on day 11 of no bingeing, so all in all going well. Going to have a hot chocolate to end the day before bed, finishing up on 2081 calories (I stick to 2000, but my allowance is actually 2615).

Rest day from the pool tomorrow as my body is in insane amounts of pain so needs time to recover lol.

I should’ve started one of these last week as I’d already be half way there 😂
But, today is a new day and a new week and time to continue smashing it! 10lbs to get off for this, a load more after this ends.
My calorie intake is 2000 per day (actually slightly over but 2000 is a good number to stick at). I am disabled so only exercise is through swimming and aquafit… tonight is a gentle swim but will still aim for burning 500 calories.
Stuffed peppers and salad for tea.
