I must be very unlucky. Out if just under 300 people in the group, and 5/6 winners per week, and no winnings as a member for the prizes. So sad :( Also not doing well with weight loss progress, but 20 days left [ edited correction - meant to say about 10, I entered it wrong.] so have some hope at least there :)

Thank you for your words of encouragement! I feel luckier now. Good to know the odds are not as good as I thought they were! Yesterday was tough - no gain or loss for the day, so kind of a win :)

Good luck to all in the remaining days!

Referee Grace

You've got this, Laura! Sometimes the scale can plateau for a few days and then all of a sudden you will have a loss! And yes, the prize drawings are for all DietBet members, not just for this game. Keep trying!

Nighttime healthy protein snack: whipped cottage cheese celery sticks - look online for this on web site called: food with feeling website. ( I was not sure if posting links is ok, so just you will need to search for it). I have not tried it yet. I just know I have been snacking on nuts too much!

I lost my last Dietbet by 0.5lbs, so here's to a fresh start!

My biggest issue has always been snacking at night, so I've tried to occupy my time with hot baths and to satisfy my need for flavours with sparkling water...

Does anyone else have this problem? If so, what do you do to stop all the snacking?!

So many great tips, thanks everyone!!! As a dental hygienist I can appreciate everyone brushing their teeth haha!

A hot bath sounds like a great idea, Sarah! I've found intermittent fasting to be helpful, but everyone is different. It can take a little while to adjust, but it helps keep my appetite in check. I also recommend finding hobbies to keep you distracted if you feel like eating out of boredom - reading, coloring, journaling, etc.
