Finally got logged in correctly to get my payout but my link had expired so I have to get a new one. Looking back at my account I noticed I’ve let several winnings expire for not requesting the payout correctly. I think they make it difficult on purpose.

I truly don't understand this reaction.. no one who won lost any money lol

Liz M. -- Yes, all who lost weight and also have a membership also lost money, therefore they are understandably wondering what might be the advantage of membership at this point. I think they are justified in questioning their ongoing membership fees, and it is odd to "laugh out loud" at them.
For example, in StepBets (same parent company) all with membership will always win MORE (percentage-wise) than if they were not members, splitting entire pot.
