I’m trying really hard to listen to my body better. We cook really clean and always have, but I eat too much. No sugar, no processed foods. It’s all organic, delicious, whole food, but I find myself loading my plate and then going back in for seconds! That’s my big battle now. Things just taste like more, ya know?

  • Ya know I kept telling my husband "I'm not going to make this weigh-in" (in a different game) and he kept telling me... "You know you are, I know you are" and he was right I came in at almost a pound under goal. Come to think of it there is NOT one accomplishment in my life that man has EVER doubted me. He has ALWAYS lifted me up from the darkest places and taught me how to do the same. I hate that I wasn't always as uplifting from the beginning of our marriage of almost 25 years but I am so grateful God led him to me to teach me to be more encouraging, more empowering, more uplifting...more 💓 He will always bring people into your life to fill you up and to teach you how to love and to be loved 💓

On Zwift , it's a ride PC program. I have a Trek Madone bicycle on a power trainer and it interacts with my computer to ride in a virtual world. Bike ride gets harder the faster you go and take into account drafting and hills too.

I enjoy FITNESSBLENDER on YouTube. They have a bunch of different free workout videos, with the varieties of workouts it is hard not to find something you like. A coworker introduced me to TIFF x DAN on YouTube. She loves their workouts and I've enjoyed the ones I've completed.

I was sick for several months, resulting in a respiratory infection. So I took antibiotics, and promptly began a gut health protocol which lasts for a few weeks.... It includes removing some foods, and adding some supplements and habits, including probiotics. I've eaten this clean before and I forgot how good I feel. I'm about 3 days in and I have a ton of energy!

I worked a whole day, and I had energy to go for a run when I got home. I haven't had energy like that in months!
