Woke up 3 pounds heavier today despite consistent calorie deficit, an hour+ of cardio everyday, plenty of water and a mostly fruit and veggie diet for the last month. I was like ā€œwtf?!ā€ Then I realized my cycle is about to begin. Anyone else struggle with this? What do you do? I don’t think I’ll make weight, which I’ve accepted, but I feel so bloated, heavy and sick even though all I’ve eaten for the past 2 days is an apple, 2 potatoes and a head of broccoli.

Yes! I almost thought I wasn’t going to make it I was actually 2lbs under my goal on Friday and then yesterday was up a couple of lbs. definitely try drinking lots of lemon water and stick to protein

This is the 1st time in a year that I'm afraid I'm not going to make weight. I've been out of town for a funeral and not been able to eat well. And I thought oh I've got time. Just today I realized weight in is on Tuesday not Thursday. Crap!

It's looking better, but I'm still not sure. Fingers crossed. I finally got the weight i gained from being gone back off. Now focusing really hard on making weight still have a couple pounds to go. Thanks for the extra support!

    To keep things fun and motivating, I like to include weekly challenges as part of our game. These are completely optional, but they add an extra layer of engagement and accountability.

Hi I’m Callie :wave: I’ve have 2 little girls now 6 & 7, I had lost a lot of the baby weight a couple of years ago and then these past 2 years it’s come back on. I trained for and did a marathon the end on 2023 and after that I had the hardest time getting back into a workout routine again which was never my issue (nutrition on the other hand is definitely my struggle) but after doing that marathon I just could not get myself to workout consistently. Finally now I’m back into a good workout routine, but I’m back up to my heaviest that I was after having my girls at 204 (literally the exact same highest weight ??ā€ā™€ļø) and so I’m definitely ready to focus on my nutrition now and get my weight back down where I feel comfortable and am happy with the way I look. I’m only 5’2ā€ so I’ve got a good 50-60lbs that I’m going to lose! I did these diet bets that first time I lost the weight and they helped so much! So wanted to jump into them again this time and I’m determined to make this the last time I need to lose this much weight! Let’s do this! :muscle:?:raised_hands:?

Hi! I'm Deanna, 35yo with two littles (7 and 3.5).
Going through a really hard time, but trying to keep showing up for me... thankful for this group of bunnies!
To be honest, I haven't weighed myself since the end of the last dietbet. I have no idea what the mornings weigh in will be (anticipate a gain for sure), but I'm confident enough to bet on me again. :)
