I’m a bit frustrated coming out of this weekend. My body loves to hang on to certain weights I find and I’m stuck at 152.6 currently. But I’m going to take everyone’s advice this week and lean up my proteins and FFC’s to fish, shrimp, corn, beans, and fruit and see what happens!

  • Prepped a big pot of soup and a pan of roasted veggies today. The soup is butternut squash, onion, garlic, tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, chickpea, coconut milk. Will add more protein for my lunches.

  • Started this week with a cold virus and the nasty cough that hangs on forreevveerr! 😵?💫 But today, I had a healthy salad for lunch and some fruit for afternoon snacks. Feeling much better so planning to get a walk on the trail in the morning!
