  • This post hits home. What helped me is switching from chips etc to popcorn fruits and yogurt. This one reminds me of ice cream 10/10

yea nighttime is always the hardest. I have found fruit works for me, but even then its hard to be mindful in the evening.

  • Hey guys. I LOVE ice cream but one pint of my usual Ben and Jerrys is like 1200 calories! I was in the ice cream aisle tonight and came across this...less than 4 bucks AND the whole things is 600 calroes and non dairy. I had a nice scoop and it vost me around 120 to 140 cals. And that was enough to satisfy my sweet tooth and it tasted just like the usual stuff. Thought I would share!

What’s your food/exercise plan? I’m combining keto with intermittent fasting 10-6 eating window. I’m also gonna do 1 “fun meal” every 7–10 days to keep motivation high but not be too burned out..I’m walking every day for an hour and lifting….
Has this app worked for you? I’ve never done it

Hey everyone! I'm currently down 68lbs of my 110lb goal. Almost 62% of the way there! I've plateaued lately, and it's been frustrating me a lot. These challenges help me stay motivated to keep going!
For the first time in my life, I'm a size medium, and I weigh less than what I had on my driving temps at 16yo (which was a lie, haha). It's crazy for me to be able to wear the clothes I've always wanted but never fit into as a XXL

  • Welcome everyone, I'm so happy you're here! My name is Jenn, I'll be your host!

    I like to do weekly challenges as part of our game, it helps to keep the game more interactive and motivating. You don't have to be a member to win a weekly challenge.

    The first challenge is: The Water Challenge!

    Here is the challenge if you want to participate:
    Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day, Monday - Friday! (December 2nd - December 6th).

    Starting on Saturday there will be a post here, at the top of the game feed, for you to comment under if you complete the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 10:00 PM Pacific Time. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $10 cash prize. Each week the prize amount goes up! (Please let me know if you need any modifications to this challenge).
