    This is a tuna melt that I seasoned with garlic, dill, apple, turmeric and mustard. Edit: w/melted cheese!!!!It was so good I had two for 501 calories!

Tuna is a big go to for me also. It’s quick and easy. I’ll do one packet with a little mayo and a lot of pickles and lettuce on a low carb wrap. The crunch from the pickles and lettuce is really satisfying for some reason!

Anyone else out there who is a volume eater? I would be open to low call, high volume yummy suggestions. Bonus if they're pretty easy to create. The latest thing I've made and loved, was a Butternut squash onion soup. I made it up, no recipe 😋

This is probably different than what most people think but I think of volume in terms of oh dang that's so heavy (weight/nutrients) my poor body is going to have to work so hard to process/digest that so I will go more towards liquids -water, broth, protein shake for example for volume first instead of solids and then focus on lower carb fiber veg/fruit (mostly veg or berry) protein, and some healthy fat.

Does anyone have any non alcoholic beers they like? Lower carb, but I haven't found ones I LOVE yet.

Brooklyn Brewing and Lagunitas IPA are my top.

Try Athletic beers. They’re pretty good. Run Wild and Upside Dawn were my favorites. I haven’t loved any non-alcoholic beers or wines. I’d rather just cut back or drink a mocktail.

    I slowly do get used of my healthier food choices, but the craving for sweets is still intense. Having something at home, I certainly would have eaten it yesterday - so my decision not to by anything was very good. Instead I had an extra apple😊

Here in Germany I haven’t found zero fat greek Joghurt - but if I fancy an icecream, I take 150 gr greek joghurt with 2%fat- the lowest I could find so far - and mix it with 3 gr of flavour powder - off it goes in the freezer, mix it from timer to time until frozen to avoid too much ice cristals

Apples are a lifesaver for me too! If I want something light, apple slices dipped in peanut butter are perfect.

  • I didn’t work out today, nor did I eat according to plan, but I had fun! I tried Puerto Rican food for the first time! Even though my partner and I shared a dish, I ate way too much. Then we got ice cream. Going to try to eat lighter tomorrow, and I plan to start my morning with some healthy food prep

hi Elli I use for my water the red apple lime, lemon ice tea and wild cherry; for my yoghurt as a sweets replacement, I use the ESN flavor Powder apple pie vanilla ice cream, peanut caramel bar or the cinnamon cereal flavor…. :innocent::revolving_hearts:
