I’ve got 2 pounds for this months goal to go. I usually fizzle out after the first month but I’m going to keep pushing on. Working my macros. My 6 month number is approximately my boyfriend’s weight and I want to be there before that. The sooner the better. So overlapping 4% it is

I just did math. I’ve got 4 goals then I’ll reevaluate. Each approximately 30 pounds apart. 30 pounds til my bf weight (262)and 40 bmi. 30 pounds to my most recent lowest weight about 5 years ago (230ish) 30 pounds below that is 199. Then 30 ish pounds below that is goal weight (160-165) then I’ll decide if I want more or what to do. I just need to stick to macros for a year. And hope for little to no plateaus.

I have exactly 6 months to get to at least part of my fitness goals. I have a few festivals to go to next year and I want to be in the pits moshing with everyone else. #getfitforthepit is all I want.

This is such a great goal! I love live music too, and being able to dance and be in the thick of it is so fun! I should find a good event in 6 months to keep me motivated too. I hope you rock it!

  • Ran a 5K race today with my husband and my 13 year old son. Working on breaking 190 lbs. on weight lose journey. Doing this transformer to lose another 20 pounds, on my way to 145.

Mikayla. Me too. But at least it shows each goal. My one app gives me 10 goals towards my weight loss but doesn’t break it down.

Hi all! The round weigh in dates will be the 4th and 5th of each month. If you haven't already, I would put that in your calendar/planner now so there are no accidentally missed weigh ins- speaking from experience.
Also, each new round will start on the 4th of the month. So for Round 1, the weigh in will be December 4-5 with Round 2 starting on December 4. There is a slight overlap with the weigh in from the previous round.

  • I was curious about quiche. I have never made or had quiche before until now. Here I have two spinach and mushroom quiches. They're freshly out of the oven, so they haven't settled in the photo. It turns out that quiche is tasty but I wonder if you have any recommendations for alternatives to cheese other than vegan cheese? 350kc per 150 mg slice. It's a savory treat.

Nutritional yeast can add a good funky cheese like flavor! Or, if you want a different way to add the rich texture as well as flavor oil packed sun dried tomatoes can be good too.
