I had a colonoscopy, endoscopy for some symptoms I’ve been having. The clean out is outrageous! I feel 5 pounds lighter haha!
So hungry today but I eased in to it! Back to walking and healthy eating!

This past weekend I wore a size 14 jeans. This time last year I was in a tight 20. It has not been fast and it has not been easy but it has been so simple. It truly is just making a commitment everyday but with the stress of the holidays coming I'm so scared of back sliding.

Eat the Thanksgiving food, but cut your normal portions in half! Also, sometimes I think to myself, “will I be proud of myself the next day?”. It’s all about your mindset and thinking before doing. It’s hard but it gets easier!

I ended up with a stomach bug over the weekend (thank you daycare) so I’m almost at my goal weight. I know after being sick and dehydrated weight always goes back up, so I’m hoping it doesn’t increase too crazy over the few days as I can finally keep food and fluids down! I bought some electrolytes, vitamin b, c and d to try to keep any more illnesses at bay.

    Exercise is an important aspect of staying healthy! The saying "use it or lose it" is very true and every little bit counts! I prefer working out at home - either using my walking pad or finding a workout on YouTube (there are TONS to choose from!)

    What are you up to today? Can you do anything different to add extra activity to your day (park farther away, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.)?

I downloaded one of the wall Pilates…I don’t know which version. It’s low intensity, which is nice for me to ease back into the work outs. But my endurance is in rough shape - who knew a minute could be so long!
