I’m doing pretty well with Diet - love this whole thing - and I think Ilana is great - just joined RBE!
Some questions- what are your “on the go in a pinch snacks “? I’m looking for high protein bars , jerkey, etc . Also, I work at a community college with no cafeteria so I need to bring lunch daily . I’m getting so sick of salads and sandwiches - any other ideas ? TIA!

Chili! Easy to make in a slow cooker, load it with veggies, and can change up the protein (ground meats, beans, tofu)

I prep Ilana’s egg roll in a bowl and eat that a lot for lunch at work. Sometimes I make adult lunch ales ;) carrots, sliced peppers, hummus, turkey roll ups, cheese, whole grain crackers. /) sometimes simple is fun! I also love to take leftovers on top of cauli rice. I do that a lot.

Hi loves!! Happy FriYAY!! This is when we increase our focus on our healthy habits and lifestyle. Don’t take the mindset that the weekend has to be harder. In fact, tons of my clients find they lose more weight on the weekend due to extra time to sleep, relax, drink water (and pee), workout, go grocery shopping and plan for the week.


How much water are you drinking this weekend? What veggies do you plan on eating tonight, tomorrow and the next day? Are you going to any events? How are you going to go about it smart??

I'm traveling (oy...) but I hope to include healthy snacks and smaller portions wherever I go! I'll be doing hiking and maybe kayaking some snorkeling etc so I'll be getting exercise and lots of water.

This weekend wasn’t great meals wise but I did work out Friday and Saturday and hit my water goal hoping to get my nutrition on track today and the rest of the week to hopefully make up for some of it

Thanks ladies! Yesterday was a somewhat win! I felt like I snacked at night but didn’t get home until til 730 due to kid activities. Already had my protein in the car for supper and did feel like I needed something when I got home so can of yellow beans it was. It was perfect, kinda still felt like my night time snack because of the time, but obviously a much better choice, and down a pound today!!!

I got out of the pantry. I worked late and had dinner late. I was lingering in the pantry after dinner but reminded myself that the answer I was looking for was not in there!
