  • Grilled chicken with my hubby tonight & decided to pair it with some shredded lettuce, onions, tomatoes, & also topped with sour cream + salsa! Yum! We've been on a salad kick lately but I'm not mad about it as its so easy and an easy way to get all the veggies! We also made extra chicken to have easy for meals this week. What's your favorite healthy go to meal?

I make a huge batch of quinoa tabbouleh: quinoa, minced cilantro, diced tomatoes and peppers and cukes, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. So yum. Lasts in my fridge for a week. Can get fancy and top with feta, olives, chicken, chickpeas, etc.

  • Made breakfast for my wife and I this morning after taking our son to school. I also enjoyed this delicious protein bar before work.
    The only thing I am missing is my vegetable, Usually I have 1- 2 servings every morning:(

Good morning all! I have been overweight practically since birth. My highest was 297. Lost down to 141 in 2018 and stayed there for about a minute. I have been steadily gaining and am now at 203. I am so mad at myself and feel awful! I will be 60 in November and would love to lose about 30 lbs before then.
I am doing IF. Starting out at 16:8 and will slowly increase my fasting time.

IF is a great tool. Really helps you not snack or make bad choices if you time it right. For me night time I would snack but on IF... can't do it..I drink water. I only do the 16:8.

  • I’ve posted this in a previous game, but I’m back to tell you that Red Robin’s house salad is just as bottomless as their fries! We ended up there for dinner tonight so I got the salad with balsamic dressing and finished two glasses of water with it.

I've just eaten 2 bars of chocolate in my car after I promised myself today was the day of change..... for the 100th time haha
I binge eat.... go into terrible ruts.... I've gained 10kg in the last year from just eating when I'm frustrated, tired, bored..... over eating.... just not caring and treating myself like rubbish!! Needs to stop. So I've just joined this bet and hope to check in daily for some motivation because I need someone to give me a kick up the ass and reality check!! In the past the only way I've ever stuck to a plan was when it was a competition or I was being held accountable.... so this is it now...

If you know you have emotional eating you should talk to specialist. They will help you how to control it or you can manage on your own to find other solution instead of food. I have it as well and I am on good way to control it. Hopefully this bet will help you. Good luck

Maybe try switching to atkins chocolates. At least to start weening off. They're lower cal at least and you sure can't eat too many or you'll regret it.
