I've just eaten 2 bars of chocolate in my car after I promised myself today was the day of change..... for the 100th time haha
I binge eat.... go into terrible ruts.... I've gained 10kg in the last year from just eating when I'm frustrated, tired, bored..... over eating.... just not caring and treating myself like rubbish!! Needs to stop. So I've just joined this bet and hope to check in daily for some motivation because I need someone to give me a kick up the ass and reality check!! In the past the only way I've ever stuck to a plan was when it was a competition or I was being held accountable.... so this is it now...
