It's not sustainable or healthy, but you can try to do what fighters do before weigh-in. Since water is the majority of your weight, drink minimal water, do a sauna, absolutely no carbs, exercise that produces a continuous amount of sweat, and wear warm clothes. Most of the weight would come back after you start rehydrating.

Excited to join dietbet again. I will be posting in here to stay accountable. I'm a toddler mom with disturbed sleep at night so I'm not great with sleep due to the need to do night shift with my waking kids. So... I will do my best. Any tips other than sleep training?

Ditto, although my baby just turned 13… Can I still call it baby weight when I have been steadily gaining 10 to 15 pounds a year since her birth?? We can do it!
