Had a good weigh in this morning and I'm back on track for the final goal! The scale was very stubborn for about 3 weeks but it's finally moving again. Time to lock in.

Well I didn't make my goal this month for the first time but hopefully that is the kick I need to get going for round 6!

While I'm still making good progress, that 10% might just be out of reach this month. As long as I make that 6% goal, I'll be plenty happy 😊🍬👻

Ugh, I think I will lose this month. Have been doing lots of weights and muscle building, even while fighting through an infection, but my weight has not moved this round. I am even up 1 pound.

Man, 6 months is a long time!

Anyone else really really struggling with this month? All month I’ve been bouncing around within ~2lb of my weigh-in at the end of the last round and can’t seem to get the trend going definitively down again, let alone close to my round goal. I’m coming off another (very successful) transformer and have had a really difficult/busy month both personally and at work, so trying to give myself grace with this goal, but it’s been really difficult and kind of demoralizing. Please give me all your tips for powering through a plateau!
