Tip: Just weighed in and got verified for March which should count for this game's weigh out also. Why? I made my goal, but it might be hard to keep this weekend since we'll be celebrating my son's birthday😊

  • When you go to your family's Sunday dinner, and the only entree is cheesy, salty mac & cheese. Don't get me wrong....it was delicious. And I didn't overeat...But predictably, I'm up 3/10ths this morning. My only recourse? Drink more water!!!

    My pants are looser and my wedding ring is slip slidding around...
    I've been walking 2-3 miles every night so I wonder about muscle weight too!!??
