Just a quick question, I use & really like ( but never had anything different)
Chocolate vegan shakeology, ♡ the 0sugar vanilla, recover & energize do yall use all or do you use different kinds or none?

Shakeology upsets my stomach. I had to switch to something that was happier for my gut. I use a bone broth chocolate protein powder. I still have energizer that I use once in a while. Probably will stop using once it runs out or just get rid of it. I have cut back on high intensity work outs so I don’t feel like I need it. Everyone is different. If it works for you, go for it. If you are looking to try something different, this is a good place to start.

Valerie, SAME!

I get Vital Proteins collagen at a good price from Sam’s and add a half serving to my coffee. I make a protein drink a little later with half of a liquid 30g protein drink and add greens powder (Live it up), hair supplement, enzymes and probiotics. I have energize that I use sometimes too but I don’t work out hard, so it’s more for if I want an energy lift and I use a half scoop.

You fix your tuna with hummus instead of yogurt or mayo? & if yes any flavor?

@Tarbender G I like it with mayo better, but hummus is lower calorie, higher fiber, and has a better micronutrient profile. It adds a little bit of moisture, though not as much as mayo.

  • Well, my first day, & while I had bought all of the food, today was the day I was going to meal prep. You know, make jumbo spice burgers, veggies, etc.howevet I had to take my mom to dr then all of errands, I brought water & cherry tomatoes with me. However I never ate, but I did drink all the waters!! So when I finally got home at 630, I made the 10 burgers, reheated spaghetti squash and made a salad and ate slowly.
    I feel like I'm still hungry but now it's 745pm. Ugh maybe just more water?!

Great job! Yes, more water is best. I will sometimes make tea in a big mug and hold it with both hands while watching TV in the evening to avoid snacks. That is a trick that has been successful for me. (I did not like tea until I tried this trick either & now I do, lol!)

I think I just need to get this off my chest but I am having such a bad time with where my body is now to where I want to be (less weight). At the same time it’s almost giving me this feeling where I feel stuck. Like I can see the better me but I feel like I’m stuck here in this body. Any tips or fire y’all can light under me would be great! Sometimes it’s just words from someone else! Thanks!

I second 2b mindset. I lost over 50lb with it! You’ve got this! The struggle is temporary while you get your routine down, then it’s smooth sailing! Be disciplined and intentional with your foods and activity!

Another question. Today I start I opened my dietbet to see what video to watch etc, but it days progress weight in, me thinking I did an official weight in already but when I click on limk wants me to be a dietbet member for year, ok maybe. But then I look and waybetter wants the same
Is anyone here a member of either or both? I just joined the 4 week w/Ilana.

It’s delicious and I get in so many veggies and FFC’s (fiber filled carbs) this way. After cheating a lot over the holidays it’s an easy way to lean back into clean eating.
