Question for all! I’m having a rare day where I’m full but way below my calorie count. Heading to a dance class. Should I eat when I get home even though it’s later so I don’t wake up super hungry tomorrow? I might be up a little late watching the Bills…..

Slight fluctuations in your calorie intake probably won't affect your overall plan. Your average daily intake over several days is more important.

I would not eat unless I was hungry. We have to learn to listen to our body. Don't eat if you're not hungry. Eat to 80% full.

I'm at goal but must keep focusing and moving forward. Watching your videos has been extremely helpful. Your voice is in my head....dinner and done, 2 cups of veggies by 2 p.m, water first.
