OMG I submitted my weigh-in on the 17th which is the day when it ended and I thought that was it - I came in under my goal by .1 lbs (:tada:) and was so excited and now it says I didnt reach my goal? :flushed: I’m a single mom of 3 and checked it off my list as done when I received my email that my weight in submission was approved and the reason I entered was to make sure I lost the weight cuz I cant afford to lose the $$ (i don’t receive any help from the ex :confused:) and I love all you so and youre so inspirational and adorable but I digress….help! Lol. I didn’t verify the app or the email cuz I check other work emails regularly and didnt think I had to double check anything on my submission since it was approved and today when I went to find the email that my $$ was getting reimbursed to me instead it said I didn’t reach my goal and my heart sank :sob::cry::tired_face::weary:. help plz :pray::hearts:

What’s everyone’s experience with accessories within the 2B mindset?
1. Use lower calorie accessories, condiments, toppings, dressings.
2. Measure them out
3. Eyeball it and track as best you can.

Those calories definitely add up if you're not watching them. I measure and use low-cal, low- or no-fat, and low- or no-sugar condiments and dressings. I even found a 0 calorie, fat, sugar syrup.

Anyone else have small kids?

I have a 3yo and a 3month old.

It’s so hard for me not to binge after they go to sleep. It’s like my freedom and I often loose control with all the late night snacking after a long day of momming.

Totally can relate I have a 2 and 4 y/o. You are still SO in it with the baby so be compassionate and gentle with yourself. It’s even harder when you’re up late / overnight with the baby.

I used to snack through dinner cleanup / bedtime and switched to a sweet herbal tea and lighting yummy smelling candles as my treats. First few days to break the snacking habit was tough; but it’s made a huge difference on the scale and with how I feel. Good luck!

Grow with jo on YouTube has great free workouts. I love the walking ones that focus on abs. They are easy for everyone to just get you ip and moving. Get lots of steps in doing them. Fantastic to do 15mins after meals to help balance blood sugar.

I cut all the non natural sugar , and stick to fruits, proteine and lots of water! Choosing my carbs wise to stay full longer ! Diner and done! You can do this!
