I really just need to get myself exercising more.... I'm wiped out with work and my kids.

I’m not putting in my best effort! I have increased working out through this challenge, to 5/7 days with waking in rest days, increasing water and not overeating, but it will be close to reach the finish line for me, too. I’m happy with all the strength training I’ve done - I’m feeling stronger!

It says "final weigh in October 10-11 pst.” Does that mean we can weigh in all day on the 10th and all day on the 11th, or is it

All day the 10th and 11th

October 9th is the last day of our game. When the game ends you will have 48 hours to submit your final weigh in. That means you have until 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Friday.
