Anyone have any good ideas for lunches that is whole food and fairly tasty? With my autoimmune, I really should stick to real foods but find myself doing 1/2 a lunch meat sandwich which is exactly NOT what my body needs even if it is limited calories. I have a hard time choking down crockpot chicken after awhile. And I don’t do Avocado either. I’m probably 1 of the 2 people that can’t stand avocado. lol

I’ve been doing a yogurt parfait that is so filling! Plain greek yogurt, toss in some chia seeds and almond milk and let that soak for 15 min or longer. Then I top with hemp and flax seeds, drizzle of honey, some frozen fruit (cherries, blueberries, mango, anything) and a sprinkle of granola. So good!
Also another fun one is string cheese and a veg plate—cukes, peppers, cherry tomatoes.
