I made my goal by losing 5 kilo without counting calories or doing any excercise expect for some short walks (due to medical problems I couldnt go to the gym or run)

Usually when i play, i overindulge as soon as the game is over...
Not this time! I just signed up for another game, starting before this one ends. Hoping for better long term results this time around.

  • 21 days in a calorie deficit and doing all the things right (movement, water, sleep) and haven’t lost a single pound 😩 I’m making an appointment with an endrochronologist, hormone specialist and nutritionalist to look for answers. In the meantime, enjoying some of my favorite foods: mushrooms and couscous (perfectly measured and tracked of course) 😋

Like Brittney, I have hypothyroidism, and I’ve tried everything and the only thing that moves the scale is low carb. I drink a lot of water too. Hopefully you figure out what works for you <3

I don’t have any thyroid issues. But what works for me is eating good carbs in the morning and lunch and then doing low to no carb for dinner. Makes me feel so much better in the morning too. But do what works for you! Lots of good advice here

  • Lunch/dinner was the healthiest I've made myself in months: mixed greens, chicken, eggs, avacado, and fresh berries sprinkled with balsamic vinegar.

  • Nice to meet you guys!

    Just returned from 3 weeks in japan. Total loss of control eating wise. And now in back in Denmark, but my kids jetlag are rough! Its hard not to eat when you are up in the middle of the might.
    Otherwise, i spend on swimming 1000-1500 meters every other day, and walk alot!
    Good luck everyone! Lets make 2025 our year ✊????
