I’m here because hitting my goal and ultimately improving my health is a Christmas present to myself! There’s something about putting money that kicks my butt into gear.

I’ve got 8 gatherings that I’ll be attending between now and the final weigh in. But if I really think about it, this isn’t unusual. My life is full and blessed, and there’s ALWAYS something to celebrate. I can do both in a way that isn’t packing the pounds.

To keep myself accountable, I’ll post my tracker as often as I can. Let’s do this!

I love that chance at winning money! I don’t like to waste it so if I can win back just what I paid and lose weight - that’s a win! It’s also a good way to share with people why I may not eat the sweets and stuff. I’m looking forward to seeing what recipes Ilana will share for the holidays. I caught her comment on Instagram that BODi is no longer er making new 2B recipes videos. I hope I heard her wrong.

The last ten months have been a bit of a struggle and I’ve really stalled out and struggled to lose the last 10-15. My mindset really shifted and I’m looking to get back in it fully! Sarah, I really got into a rhythm and routine and my mindset was just different. We moved our family (with two toddlers!) to a new state this year and it’s just been hard. I definitely started going back to eating for comfort some times or just treating a lot more often. It’s so much easier for me when I’m not treating at all with super addictive foods but I let my guard down and have had a harder time getting back into the groove.

My meals have always just been in line with 2B Mindset and it really did make all the difference! I love any recipe Ilana throws out and was just open to trying new things! I love veggies anyways so it’s been easy for me to find delicious meals that I like. I also used social media to help myself stay accountable lol so I’m hoping by sharing my journey and my story again and with this, that it will help me with that accountability piece.
