WLW having food prepped was key. I have also been super busy so a salad and a protein were my go to dinner options. I even enjoyed a donut and cookie without going overboard. RT my next two lbs!

I've decided Instead of going out for my birthday for food, I am going to make food at home when my family comes to visit me. I am planning on ordering cauliflower crust pizza and making a 2b pie dessert but thinking about what large delicious dish I can make from 2b that is good for a party? Anyone have any suggestions on which recipes would be great to triple or quadruple?

Hi loves!! Happy FriYAY!! This is when we increase our focus on our healthy habits and lifestyle. Don’t take the mindset that the weekend has to be harder. In fact, tons of my clients find they lose more weight on the weekend due to extra time to sleep, relax, drink water (and pee), workout, go grocery shopping and plan for the week.


How much water are you drinking this weekend? What veggies do you plan on eating tonight, tomorrow and the next day? Are you going to any events? How are you going to go about it smart??

I'm traveling (oy...) but I hope to include healthy snacks and smaller portions wherever I go! I'll be doing hiking and maybe kayaking some snorkeling etc so I'll be getting exercise and lots of water.

Thanks ladies! Yesterday was a somewhat win! I felt like I snacked at night but didn’t get home until til 730 due to kid activities. Already had my protein in the car for supper and did feel like I needed something when I got home so can of yellow beans it was. It was perfect, kinda still felt like my night time snack because of the time, but obviously a much better choice, and down a pound today!!!

Today I went out to eat twice but I ordered smart in both places. Lunch place was new for me and it was a brewery. I said no to beer and had a grilled chicken sandwich but took off the top bun and subbed salad instead of fries. Dinner was a brand new place too and it was a pasta place but I ordered salmon grilled salad and had a ton of water. The waitress even gave us free ice cream and I only had one bite. Super huge non scale victory for me tonight!

Remember that your palate is fully capable of changing according to the foods you choose to eat. Your cravings will noticeably subside, and foods you used to enjoy will soon lose their luster. Nothing is better than how the right foods make you feel - that feeling lasts and tells your brain to crave those foods instead. Veggies are by far the most satisfying thing for me to eat! I literally feel more alive during and long after!

Roasted veggies are my favorite. I love how I can eat them with pretty much anything. I know this works because I did it for 2 years before hit hard with being sick. I had a hard time bouncing back. It’s the chips. I can eat a whole bag of any kind of chip by myself. The cravings haven’t totally gone away yet. :pensive:
