Have 2.5 pounds more to lose to meet this goal but personally, I’d like to hit those 160’s by month end. Increasing the workouts today, eating more on point (cutting sugars way back), and getting in 10k steps a day. I’m going to do this!

I’m so excited to join this bet I want say that I did not win the previous bet by 2 pounds. I almost did I was at about a pound 1/2 to lose, I cook Sunday dinner I should’ve waited. I celebrated too early in gain 2 1/2 lbs however I’m joining this bet because the motivation is still in me to lose weight just a few more pounds on this bet makes me feel that I’m that much close to my weight goal have happy workout week everyone !!☺

  • Monday definitely set the mood for the week I am like super shocked usually I burn a little over 300 to about 550 cal on the treadmill but for whatever reason I felt a kick of energy today I burned 1078 cal OMG ☺ I’m extremely excited I have literally a few more pounds down in six days I got this!!

For eating fruit and vegetables and other prepared food I’ve enjoyed our newest meal containers with snap lids. Also saves money and time when you can save a meal for later and motivation not to overeat when you can save food.

I’ve dropped 5 pounds 🎉 I didn’t quite get my goal for the other bet that just ended. I did my official weigh in yesterday and I was only 3 pounds away from winning however I need couple pounds to go on this bet so it go time , I definitely know I can do this I just will increase more activity throughout the day getting my steps done eating low cal meal for the rest of the week , I usually do about 10K a day but may increase a little bit more steps 9 days left we got this!!

  • I am excited I reached my goal to do 20K 🎉steps and I completed it yesterday ,I want to reach at least 25K but my biggest goal is 30K, I know gradually I can find a strategy to be able to complete that goal but for now I am very proud, also I’ve dropped 4 pounds!! 💪

I keep telling myself that I got this !! But it's been a struggle... I am only down 1 lb so far... any motivation will help :( I really would love to get under 200 lbs

The best thing that I can say that helped me and everybody’s BMI is different height and weight. What help me was that I ate small portions and then I also worked out I drunk plenty of water and also vitamin supplements help me those vitamin supplements kinda took away the hunger. I also ate a lot of fish which have protein ,baked more than fried food, I would eat the last meal for me was roughly about 8 o’clock was the last thing for me to eat and other than that I didn’t eat anything else and that really helped me to see some weight loss. I have loss over 80lbs about a year! You can do it just stick to a meal plan and a balance and a cut off time to eat!
