- Most dedicated I have ever been! More than achieved my goal and almost at the full 10% already! 21.4 pounds down and almost under 200!! I had a work trip in the mix and 3 family parties, but fully committed to success this month and it showed!! Hope everyone is happy with their month, win or lose, as long as you accomplished something you wanted! My keys to success:
1) Fully tracking all calories and measuring!
2) Progress weigh ins
3) Family workouts (5X per week at night even if only for 30 minutes)
4) Workouts 3X per week early AM with 2 good friends!
5) No alcohol (One cheat day on Lions playoff game day)
6) Focusing on being happy and positive!
