I've been drinking a protein shake about 4pm before dinner, keeps me not overeating and helps me dinner and done because I stay full!

I'm noticing the evolution of the program and for me, I know the fundamentals of the program. I was missing the how to shift your mindset piece. I'm so happy this is being addressed in these AMAs. I'm learning to track more honestly and using it to see progress in this episode

Flavored water ideas, please

I found out that I have a mild intolerance to eggs. This is a challenge for me since my go-to lunch has always been an egg casserole with veggies. I am wondering if I should avoid eggs all together or if it’s still OK to have some, since my intolerance is minor. Also not sure what other people have that is healthy, easy to incorporate veggies, and big batch meal prep on the weekend ahead for lunches during the work week that does not have eggs. Any suggestions?

**CHALLENGE ALERT**
HAPPY MONDAY ROCKSTARS!! Sometimes the trick to the next weight loss isn’t a new method but a new recipe. This week’s weight loss challenge is to make sure you eat 2 cups of veggies by 2 pm. This helps your weight as well as health and sense of control throughout the day. This Greek cauliflower rice recipe is one of my favorites and is full of a variety of veggies.

What’s everybody using for physical activity this month? I have ADHD so it’s impossible for me to do something that isn’t fun and also occupies my brain while doing it. I love Fitness Marshall on YouTube (SO fun!) and lately my go to is Cozy Cardio… where you turn the lights off, have candles all around, get a fun beverage and watch tv while walking on the walking pad for an hour.
