Does anyone else not have a full length mirror in their bathroom and/or where their full length mirror is they have a rug? Just submitted my weight but I live in a small house with the only full length mirror is my closet in my bedroom with a rug.

Selena, I just kept telling myself all of the Ilanaisms! And made sure I drank a half to a full gallon of water a day! I’m up a pound today but I know it’s just water weight/sodium/fried food float from a party I went to yesterday (not a single veggie! I should’ve brought a veggie tray!), but I don’t regret it and I know I’ll be back to goal weight in a day or two, maybe even lower! Just keep working on it!

I’ve been stuck at the same weight since Monday. I’ve been eating veggies most, keeping to plate it at each meal. But I have had some dark chocolate after dinner. I’ll try dinner and done tonight. Does anyone have any tips to help me push past this stall in my weight loss? I’ve got 1.6 pounds to lose to meet my dietbet goal.

  • Struggling hard!! I just saw a picture that was taken of me a week ago and I feel like crawling into a hole. I have been feeling good with my food and my activity…and the scale is moving….and then BOOM! I don’t even want to go to my kid’s school event tonight. (Picture on left was 2 years ago…picture on right was last week that I just saw on social media). I am devastated and feel very defeated. How did I let this happen?
