Just got back from a wonderful vacay and put a few back on, plus I have hip replacement scheduled for next week. Joined this group to get back on track after vacay and lose a few more pounds while I’m off work rehabbing from my hip. I just turned 50 and feel great! I’m definitely the healthiest adult self that I have been in about 15 years. Looking to build on that and keep getting stronger, fitter, and more confident! Looking forward to reading everyone’s posts and being on this journey with y’all! Good luck everyone! " by Brandie H.

I was under the impression that we'd also earn back the original cost of $35?

Christina S.

We paid $35 and won back $52.62. That number is including what we paid so we won back our $35 plus an extra $17.62

Hit a plateau this week. 2.6 away from my goal. Drinking tons of water, lots of protein, and avoiding my kids Halloween candy. Trying to push through the next two pounds but it gets discouraging.

Definitely don't backslide! Plateau is better than a gain! Keep it up. The scale will catch up. Add a little extra activity.

Stephanie F.

Make sure you are eating 2 cups of veggies by 2:00 each day!

Where are my fish eaters? I like tuna and shrimp as they are low cal, healthy fat and high protein... I could eat either daily but am not sure that's the healthiest. Can someone shed light on this subject? ❤

Careful with the shrimp you buy. It's mostly farm raised. I eat shrimp 3-4 times a week.

Shannon L.

They say you shouldn't eat fish more than 2 times a week because of mercury content, I think. Would have to Google it. I love seafood. When going out to dinner, I generally choose salmon.

  • Metabolic burn and some feel good 5ers! After my run watched a couple 2b mindset videos. Grateful for dietbet… because I was like getting cozy with the success I had made… but to cozy. And knew I had to regain focus to keep it going

  • Can we chat about alcohol? I need low cal ideas for this weekend as we celebrate Halloween. (Please don't give me a speech "you don't need alcohol to have fun!") 😉 I usually drink wine but that's going to be a no no for a while. Thanks for your support!

For reference, I have spiced Captain Morgan, mango Malibu, some nice tequila, peach Jim Beam, Fireball.... But! I can get some vodka because I'm pretty sure that's the best low cal...

    Picture because, why not? ❤

What about the flavored seltzers? White claw, Truly, Vizzy, etc? Low cal and low sugar and don’t have to worry about mixers. But if I was going to mix maybe find low sugar/no juices to mix with the Malibu?

Stacy S.

We get a juice that is sugar free pretty sure it's Minute Maid and mix it with the rum or vodka
The mango juice is good

Trust yourself, trust the process❤
Slowly, I'm starting to tip the scale downward💥

Even after last night, I had a burger wrap w/ cheese and avocado, 3 onion rings dipped in ranch. I ate around 645p to keep dinner and done by 7pm. Having NO bun really made a difference bc I had no bloat. Just a feeling of fullness. Even felt anxious and made my hot cup of tea.. Then, called it a night.

Great job! Dinner and done can be so tough!

Rosanna1

My anxiety comes from different areas of my life. Eliminating processed foods, decreasing my caffeine intake and restarting my health journey after a 3 month hiatus again has me a bit anxious bc food has been my go to for coping with emotional situations. Although healthy food is the way to go, letting go of certain comfort foods gives me anxiety as its acted as a safety net to manage my emotions. My focus is to peel the layers of clinged on stress (fat accumulation over the years) thru changing my food habits and exercise one day at a time:heart::pray:

Caught up on strength workouts missed from previous week and cycling workouts. Checked out 2b mindset receipes. And made the peanut stirfy from block. Sister birthday practiced more sure. Ordered journal
