**CHALLENGE ALERT**
HAPPY MONDAY ROCKSTARS!! Sometimes the trick to the next weight loss isn’t a new method but a new recipe. This week’s weight loss challenge is to make sure you eat 2 cups of veggies by 2 pm. This helps your weight as well as health and sense of control throughout the day. This Greek cauliflower rice recipe is one of my favorites and is full of a variety of veggies.

  • A random idea I had that I've been loving lately. Elote dip -- I mixed up maybe 1/2c cottage cheese with a few TB feta and seasoned well with Trader Joe's 'everything but the elote' seasoning and use it as a veggie dip! So delicious and satisfying.
