- Laid down last night and then realized my breakfasts weren't ready. Back to kitchen so I could start my week strong.
These are my go-to and I call them Chocolate Protein Zoats.
1/2c oats
2 Tbs PB powder
1 scoop Chocolate collagen powder
1 scoop unflavored collagen powder
1/4 greek yogurt
1/2c (or more) shredded zucchini
Almond milk to your desired consistency
I like to microwave mine for 55 seconds to take the chill off but not make them hot. But they can be enjoyed at any temperature. If I weren't focused on losing fat, I'd add frozen berries too.
